The Dr. Jay Charitable Foundation donation cards are a wonderful way to acknowledge milestones in the live of family and friends. Whether it’s a celebration of a wedding, birthday, anniversary or to honour a loved one or their memory, these unique cards will suit almost any occasion.

We have 3 new designs that were created by children who have received support from the Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Program. This year we are offering 2 different ways for you to support the Dr. Jay Foundation:

You can purchase just one card or a set of all three designs by calling the Dr. Jay Foundation at 416.586.4800 x 7406, or you can send an email to info@drjayfoundation.com. The cost is $8.00 for one or $20 for the set of three. The inside is blank and you can then write your own personal message.
