The Dr. Jay Charitable Foundation has several opportunities available for you to get involved. Whether you're donating corporate funds or providing product, we will recognize your contributions.

Become a Corporate Partner

A Corporate Partner package includes:

• Your corporate identification and logo will be included in all of our material, such as our brochure and website (link to your website)
• Four complimentary entries to "PLAY THE JAY". As well, your logo on our Welcoming banner Golf hole signage identifying your corporation as a Corporate Partner
  • Your company profile outlined in a "special recognition of sponsors" speech during the awards banquet
  • An opportunity to supply gifts or accessories depicting your corporate name and logo to our golfers
  • A "Thank you" gift recognizing your company's contribution to the event

Cost: $10,000 (minimum)

Golf Hole and Event Sponsor

In addition to the holes which are sponsored by Corporate Partners, other holes as well as skill events such as closest to the pin, the putting contest, the longest drive, Beat the Committee, etc. are available for sponsorship. As a hole or skill event sponsor your name will be prominently displayed at or around the hole or event and listed in our dinner program.

• Golf Hole or Event Sponsor Cost: $1,000
• Cart and Score Card Sponsorship: $2,500
